Official registry of clinical trials. The ultimate reality check against peptide hype.

Confirmed live with 592,901 studies. BPC-157 has only 2 trials. 'Peptide' returns 7,166 studies with 591 recruiting.

Full trial registry with enrollment data, phase, sponsor, and results. Searchable by compound name, condition, or sponsor.

Frequently cited on r/Peptides as the reality check against anecdotal hype. The gap between community claims and actual trial counts is often shocking.

Reddit blocked automated access but r/Peptides is one of the most active peptide communities online.

Community-driven vendor reviews, COA sharing, and anecdotal experience reports. No editorial oversight: raw community discussion.

It's a community: take everything with skepticism. Vendor recommendations are heavily biased by personal experience. But the collective COA-sharing has exposed bad batches.

Gold-standard systematic reviews and meta-analyses. Rigorous methodology and evidence grading.

Rarely mentioned in peptide communities. Cochrane reviews almost never cover research peptides. Better for mainstream medical interventions.

Visited the site: it has pivoted from a public protocol to a supplement e-commerce platform. Products are $39-49. No longer functions as a research resource.

Sells supplements. The original protocol transparency data is no longer the focus.

Bryan Johnson is frequently mentioned in longevity communities. His protocol brought attention to rapamycin and other compounds. But the site itself is no longer a research resource.
